No, Phoenix Airwaves can be played from any device that has an internet connection and a browser.
You can play Phoenix Airwaves stations from any PC or Mac as well as any smartphone (Iphone, Ipad, Samsung, etc).
You can download the official apps from:
- The Apple Store for IOS devices
- Google Play Store for Android devices
- Use HTML5 for all other devices.
These are all free to download and listen to any of the Phoenix Airwaves stations.
Each mp3 song is around 4 mb in size and lasts for around 4 minutes on average. So as a guide you will use 1 mb per minute. Therefore 1 Gb of data will play approximately 1000 minutes of music or 250 songs
